The Automatic Steel Strand Straightening & Cutting Machine integrates coil pay-off, traction feeding, straightening, preset-length control, and hydraulic cutting into one production line.
After the steel strand is threaded through the machine, the operator sets the required cutting length and production quantity on the touchscreen. The traction and straightening systems feed and straighten the strand continuously, while the hydraulic cutting system cuts it according to the preset length.
