The Automatic Preformed Armor Rod Sand Spreading & Gluing Machine is designed for adhesive application and sand spreading during the production of preformed armor rods and other preformed line products.
The machine integrates glue application and sand spreading into one processing system, with a processing speed of approximately 1 m/s. It supports products with different materials, dimensions and rotation directions to meet different production requirements.
Process parameters can be set and adjusted through the 7-inch touch screen. A manual operation interface is also provided for machine setup and debugging. The glue application system uses a non-atomizing spraying method to reduce environmental contamination during production.
