The Double-Head Helical Stranding Machine is designed for controlled twisting and stranding of preformed wires according to different product requirements. This type of equipment is also referred to as a preformed wire twisting machine by some manufacturers. The machine supports both single-head and double-head operation, allowing one or both rotating heads to perform the stranding process.
Forward angle, reverse angle and return-to-zero angle can be set according to the required stranding direction. The rotation speed for each working stage can also be adjusted to meet different processing requirements.
During operation, the material is clamped by the rotating heads and tensioned by the right-side mechanism before stranding. Manual and automatic modes are available for machine setup, process testing and production.
